This gelateria opened in 2015 on Hermitage Road before relocating to the Market Square, the heart of Hitchin. All of its award-winning gelato is produced in Weston.

It offers ten rotating flavours of handmade gelato and sorbets, along with a build-your-own sundae and waffle service—visitors choose, the team creates, and everyone enjoys.

The menu also includes locally roasted coffee, milkshakes, soft serve, soft drinks, slushies, homemade cakes, brownies, Project-D doughnuts, wines, beers, and liqueurs.
