Halsey’s was Hitchin’s first provisioner and has continued supplying exceptional foods from its quirky Tudor premises in the heart of the town. Known for its wide selection of award-winning cheeses, loose-leaf teas, and coffee beans, all items can be enjoyed in the Eatery or taken away.
