Building work underway at Hickory's Smokehouse, Letchworth
We've said goodbye to The Two Chimneys in Letchworth, ready for the exciting new Hickory's Smokehouse. Building work is underway as we closely watch the progress of this fabulous new addition to the local area. We can't wait to taste the flavours of Southern-inspired BBQ that the new eatery will bring.

What you can expect from Hickory's Smokehouse
Overall, Hickory’s Smokehouse offers a bold, full-flavour, indulgent menu emphasizing slow-smoked meats, generous portions and Southern-inspired dishes.
While its roots lie in classic BBQ styles (Texas brisket, Memphis ribs etc.), the menu also embraces burgers, veg/vegan alternatives and fun sides/desserts to complement the main attractions. According to the official menu they mention: “We made friends with pit-masters in Texas … our menu is packed with smokehouse favourites & some crazy combos.”
